Happy fall y’all. Here’s what happened in September.
There was a wedding in the family.
There was also an anniversary to celebrate in September. My best favorite and I adventured around KC and took a day trip to Columbia to celebrate our 6th (official) year together.

My mom, my aunts, and I had our first book club together.
KCK Public Library hosted a sale so I grabbed a bookie friend and away we went. For $5 I got a great haul.
A friend invited me to a virtual book event and then forgot to come, but I still love her.
Book tally for the year: 45
I got to spend a fun day with a fun friend relaxing after adventuring around town. We ate sushi and drank boozy cherry limeades at the Iron District. Then we stopped by Restless Spirits Distillery.
Eight years ago Remy came to live with me. We celebrated the occasion with extra snuggles and treats.
There were lots of snuggles and treats throughout the rest of the month too though.
