The One with March 2021

With it being my birthday month, March is a month I always enjoy. I love all birthdays, especially my own. Now I can say that I have celebrated two pandemic birthdays. Although both were different than normal birthdays, and also different from each other, both pandemic birthdays were great. Each provided new insight and experiences which I will treasure until I've celebrated my final birthday.

March highlights.

Baked some new things..

What it takes to bake Sweet Hawaiian bread.

Loaf of Sweet Hawaiian bread.

Irish Soda bread.

Guinness corned beef and carrots with colcannon.

Overnight crockpot French Toast.

I got my second vaccine.
I had a fever and swollen lymph nodes afterward, but the side effects were short lived.

Some decorative updgraes were made to the duplex.

The first days of Spring included walks to the park with the pups.

In March we worked hard to play hard. And the pups kept us in check.

Birthday!
Cookie cake and Shatto strawberry milk with a crazy straw.

My mom and me.

My dad and me.

Our Queen chased a cat up the tree and continued to keep an eye on her from the window.

We were all curious and kept watch on the cat.

Birthday books. Apparently it’s the ultimate challenge to buy books for me.

My best favorite and me.

Dinner via gift card from my best favorite’s family.

More birthday books!

Cheers to another year and sweet memories.
